I found it a very concise course tell you what you need to know, with a bit of background information to help you remeber key points

As a general training tool for manual handling is is very good, and covers all the points. Only drawback is the total time to complete it all, as it is completed at work, and other demands rarely leave us time to concentrate on completing the programme in one go.

Clear clean instructions with good visual aids to help the understanding of the training programme, enjoyed the spine slides

In the initial 2 modules there was a facility to have subtitles which I prefer to listening. These were not availalbe for the last 2 modules which was disappointing. Also, one module had a glitch where I have to come out of the training and then sign in after every section and althoug I had completed the training and printed the certificates, this did not show on the control panel.

The test was very well layed out and user-friendly.

This training is great, We can use it to train all of our staff at a pace which suits the company without sending staff offiste, and at a fraction of the cost!! Full of information and great visual aids, money well spent!

The presentation was well presented, easy to understand. it was also easy to follow and the ensuing test emphasised the points made during the presentation.

It was good to learn the biology part about your back, as it makes you think twice. Good reminder of key manual handling tips. The only thing I would say is a clear indication of the time the training could take would be useful, and maybe a time clock on the videos, so staff know how much time to put aside to work through online training. I ended up doing mine at home, due to the difficulty of taking time out in my office, whre interruptions are regular, but that's more of an issue of my own workplace than with your training!
