Takes far too long to go through the programme in different sections. It doesn't flow & you end up switching off and missing some points

I liked the stories at the beginning and commentaries. The test is good as well.

A useful lifeskill to keep us all well and employable. I really liked the way that the baby lifted the box. I think that I would have liked to see how to lift a heavy weight out of a trailer with no tailboard. Perhaps that would require two people?
I enjoyed this training - it was accessible and practical, and in my opinion the interviews and video demonstrations were particularly good.

The course is simple to complete and very useful in helping to avoid an extremely debilitating injury. I was suprised after all all these years lifting to find things that I did not know.
