The flow of the training is let down by slow down loading of videos.

This was easier to take in by reading through with no interuptions from others which you generally get on training courses.

the audio was not very good.

Why there is a need to be careful when manual handling. The structure of the back and its limitations. How to lift things in a safe manner and how to avoid hurting your back. How much more two people can lift than one person.

very good course covered all basic aspects of manual handling like the lifting from the overhead position which sometime gets left out, good pace of delivery with good examples given to highlight important impacts. The test was simple to navigate and the re-test function would is an advantage if understanding is a problem, overall this would tick all the boxes and we will be using this course and the fire wardens course in the near future.

While a great deal of the information was common sense and already known, there were still useful facts and techniques demonstrated that will prove useful (and improve my chances of avoiding injury). The format was easy to use and the information pitched at the right level.

The training programme was easy to follow and informative. The visual demonstrations in the video shows us how to properly apply the techniques that we have learnt. Well done!

all the people in the video had the same monotone voices and I found it hard to concentrate as after a while it all jumbled together, maybe if there was more inflection in their voices I would'nt have been so bored

i thought this programme was quite qood.

It lacked subtitles as some places do not have sound on all it's computers.
