Interviews with people who have had injuries came over well. Makes you think and take care of your body, especially back, with out too much medical detail.
Found this quick and easy to understand
A well put together training DVD. Some idea of the timings of each section would have been useful.
more personal experiences could have been more useful

Comprehensive and achieves the aim. However, not sure if it's my network as having to complete at home but sections didn't load properly and the sound didn't link with the video. Sometimes the sound continued without the picture!! I had to back click several times as I thought I had gone thro' each section but was told I hadn't.
This course was in my opinion time consuming as the videos took a long time to download - although this could be due to my computer. The course was very simple and only basic common sense required to complete the test.
A lot of videos - the length of the course could be reduced by narrowing content to the key points and little more
Covered all of the key areas of manual handling in a straight forward, memorable approach. The small, re-playable, sub-sections were easy to digest.
Only problem I had was not obvious after welcome where to click to start.
