The combination of information, explanation, visual demonstration, recapping and test make this a memorable all round course.

Although the subject matter is grounded in common sense, the programme gets you thinking about what you know. It is fairly engaging, more so than similar face-to-face learning. The quiz sections are maybe overly-simplistic, but good for getting the message across.

The course was very easy to understand and made the whole subject seem important but did not make it boring.

All the information was useful but it could have been delivered much more quickly. The animations slowed things down and in some cases weren't really necessary e.g. the spine.

Perhaps the witness statements are a bit flat...Could do with a bit more expression similar to the shock of one's back failing and the shock of the pain and then the disabling of one's fuiure life. Other than that the main informative educative pieces were clear and precise with no waffle.

a good system and very easy to use and gives all the correct infomation.

It covered the important areas, but was a little repetetive in places. I think it would be better to keep it under 1/2 hr - I have time to do it, but alot of my colleagues don't.
