Easy to follow, good presentation
This training gave a good overview of different scenarios, and how to lift objects; regardless of whether this is in the work or home environment.
The manual training programme was informative and easy to follow, without being patronising. It was useful having the questions at the end of each section, as it gave a taster for the test at the end. The test itself was straight-forward, although I was asked the same question twice, and when I answered with the same answer (which had previously been correct) it told me it was incorrect. Aside from that a good programme to use.
Was appreciated to see other individuals suffered from manual handling, to understand why it is important at work or home. Would be appreciated if there was an activity to do, like in the other programmes. e.g. clicking the hazardous spots.
Even though is an important message, tt feels too long and a bit boring, I think the same message could be summarised in just a few slides.
Quick and easy would recommend
I thought I knew it all, but I didn't.
The course provided a fundamental understanding of the requirements in this area of H&S and the knowledge gained will not only help ain the workplace but also in everyday life.
The course is put together well and can be done at your own pace. the content is of good quality.
Easy and convenient to use. Some bits were a bit repetative but on the whole informative. Good that you could go over things and also re-take the test after reviewing section.
