Basic training that everybody should learn

It wasn't clear from the front page that you needed to click on a topic to start things rolling - easy once in a topic. I would suggest that you add a spoken option to the text pages (including the test) as someone with poor literacy skills or dyslexia may have difficulties.

I found it informative and interesting but some sections were too long.

Very well spoken making it easy to understand what was being said. It was good to complete as I felt it made me feel confident that I knew what the presenter was talking about.

I was really impressed with the format , clarity and simplicity of the on line training . The competence questionnaire at the end clearly demonstrates a level of understanding relating to manual handling . I did try to circumvent the system and complete the questionnaire without viewing the training modules but was pleased to see that this was not possible. Regards Andy.

A very informative short course that clearly showed how to lift correctly.

Training programme clearly sets out the appropriate steps to ensure loads are lifted in a safe manner so as to avoid potential injuries to workforce.

I found the training very clear and it held my attention better than if I had attended a group/one on one training. It was delivered in a clear and precise manner. Enjoyed it!

A very easy to use programme with lots of helpful information. A good and a effective way of teaching staff.
