Clearly explained. Video slow to load.

As above. Clearly explained although video slow to load.

Very useful training.

I do have a bad back so this training was very relevant to me. I liked the demo videos and the fact that I could go back over each section if I needed to, and do it in my own time.. I feel that the training has raised my awareness of different lifting situations and I will think more carefully now when I have to lift something and not just mindlessly 'heave-ho!'

An excellent training programme.

The Manual Handling, was very constructive and informative. A simple but effective tool that can used by anyone in the workplace, showing the do's and donts of handling loads and transfering them in their enviroment. I found the explanation on how the spine works very interesting, as it shows us how fragile it really is and not to be taken for granted. The test was made up of 20 question's which come with multi choice answers. This was excellent training programme. David Rayment

clear and comprehensive

I think you should have explained ten to two as if you didn't know this related to the clock face it's not obvious. Otherwise very well explained. I liked the baby at the end!

A good programme

Clearly presented, can be done at your own pace. Relevant to work and home. Well worth doing.

got the information across simply

information was easy to understand and good how you were able to move at your own pace, it didn't just keep going, it stopped in stages.

Very good presentation

As above/.

Does the job!

A clear and useful programme which uses spoken word and clear visual aids to effectively demonstrate the learning points. The only down side is the length of the videos - I think more concise would be possible without losing any content but would maintain interest more easily.
