This was very informative and told you everything you needed to know about manual handling at a time that suits you - highly recommend it!!
I found the training very thorough indeed but maybe slightly too long/slow. There was a lot of talking and video footage on this one and it was hard to concentrate for the whole time so I stopped and came back and forth to it meaning I didn't remember all the figurative details about weight for the test. However, I did remember the techniques.
Excellent one to one training programme, interesting and informative and delivers what is required
I thought I would know most of it and that a lot of it would be common sense but I actually learned a lot.

Clear and easy to follow
The training goes straight to the point, delivering good clear information. There are verbal scenarios rather than visual, for a stronger impact. Minimal to no staging so no distractions.
