Programme was well presented, clear & concise & really got across the necessary points of the presentation. Would definitely appreciate it if all training was given that well.

Although I thought the programme was helpful and informative I felt that it was quite repetitive and said the same messages a number of times which were not critical to the training - such as 'our backs are really important' 'back accidents happen at work' etc. Maybe less summary and more facts and instruction?

I thought that this programme was well presented and very clear. I thought that the real life examples of incorrect procedure resulting in problems were helpful and brought home the message that 'it can happen to anyone, anywhere and at anytime'.

The course is worthy common sense

i was tedious and boring and predictable, but guess it in important and necessary.

Quite thorough but would be better if less time consuming.

Educating,informative,& fine presentation: and made to suit effective individual's time factor.

It all sounds like common sense, but it's a wonder how many of us forget to apply it.

Too much detail on the medical side of things. I dont feel i need to know exactly what happens, just what I should do to minimise the risk. I am not taking a medical degree!

No talking go to a room on your own with the laptop. Make as many notes as possible as you know there is a test at the end of coarse. The dvd sumary is very precise instructions. This is a better way of learning as there is less distractions than in a class room. You don't lose down time by sending on a course, You can do at quiet time of the day.
