Familiar subject neatly summarised. Gives a clear decision on what and how to lift and carry so you can run your own mental checklist when working.
You can do the training at your convenience and back track any details you wish to check to ensure you understand everything clearly.
A great way to understand the learninig in the comfort of your own desk, and with the learning at your own pace, you can't get better than that
Overall, good training material with clearly laid out sections and interesting video clips.System easy to navigate.Question at end of each section ensured you listened throughout. Some parts were slightly quick paced, with a lot of information in a short period - namely the 'about your back' section where I had to repeat the clip.Overall, very important part of a company's induction. The personal case studies will stick with me when doing any manual handling.

A great step by step guide on manual handling.Very easy to use & navigate around covers all aspects thoroughly in simple segments. A pleasure to use.
Basically good but would like a one-line explanation of why the pressure on the back is so much greater than the load. Also, don't think the medical name for a slipped disc is important d
Can be used in everyday life
The video was very helpful and informative, with clear examples of proper lifting techniques, and it was good that the video highlighted the fact that these practices are not only useful in the workplace but in every day life as well.
I FOUND THIS VERY USEFUL AS IT WAS PRESENTED IN A CLEAR AND INFORMATIVE WAY. IT WAS INTERESTING TO SEE THE VIDEOS OF THE SPINE AND HOW LIFTING AFFECTS THIS AREA OF OUR BODIES.
