an easy way to learn better than sitting in a room full of people.

The narrator was good but some of the sections seemed over-long, particularly the video extracts at the beginning. Also, with something practical like this, I don't think desk-based training is a realy substitute for practical training where one can try out and practice the techniques.

I found the section on the back most interesting

The training programme was very easy to use and I liked the fact that the course could be taken in parts making it more convenient to complete.

When viewing the programme it was well set out and covered all aspects of manual handling, especially the bullet points at the end of each session which gave you the opportunity to recap on the information given.

The programme will benefit all staff and should be included in any future induction process for new employees.

Good to be able to do this at own pace and review each area as required. Not so good that I had to complete it in a noisy workplace environment with too many distractions.
