Easy course with good examples, although if someone can explain how to lift a kicking and struggling 2 year old I would like the details

Well presented and well put together
I enjoyed the discussion, then demonstration and onto the test. It help me to breakdown the subject into small chunks.
Could do with better pdf print out of the load info - cant get it to print as a A$ doc despite several attempts!
It would be better as one long video with a pause button option rather than having to click next for each page.
The training took a long time and again it would have been good to have a time guide before starting the software
It was extremely informative and well laid out.
The training programme seemed to cover all relevant points, yet in a succinct manner. The language used would be easy for all people to understand. Besides this, it was pleasing to see some of the biology behind the reasons for carrying out the task. The use of both auditory and visual information was helpful, including videos and diagrams. Subtitles were also available for use.
