I felt some of the sections were too short, they could have been put together to make it easier to follow.

A very clear and easy to follow programme

A useful course, however very reliant on listening. I would like to be able to read the content and print it for furture reference. A couple of printable reminder posters would also be good.

It was very clear and helpful which helped me understand it a lot easier. Also with showing how it was done with the actors was really good

I found this programme simple to use and easy to follow. The clips were informative and engaging and the pace, I felt, was at the correct level giving the prgramme a nice flow. The menu and instructions were simply and easy to follow.

difficult to do in awork environment

I thought the videos and all the wording as very good as it was easy to take in and understand. It was very helpful to know how to handle yourself when lifting stuff, as I do have problems with my back. Very good.

Much of it common sense, liked the spinal information and info on how the body works. Has made me think about planning ahead, ie route and think more generally before I go andlift a package/parcel.
