Good, brief and precise.

It was very good. I have learned with this course and it was easy to follow.

Very well thought out and presented

I found the course to be well conceived and the content was excellent as it covered everything I need to know especially as I have just embarked on a period of heavy manual handling at work. I found this a very useful course.

Clear and simple to understand.

This training was easy to follow and allowed me to skip back if I got interrupted and missed a bit. The speech was clear and everything was explained well and in a non-patronising manner. The actors are English which is a pleasant change.

It was very easy to follow.

It was very informative although some of it was basic common sense. It would of been nice if it was all under one section rather than 4.

I FOUND IT VERY GOOD

I WAS SHOCKED AT JUST HOW MUCH PRESSURES ARE PUT ON YOUR BACK WHEN LIFTING AT AWKWARD ANGLES.

5/5
Presented poorly, very disjointed

Training should be memorable with a presenter who is engaging and realistic presentations. This has none of the above. It frequently reminds you not to twist during lifts and then in team lifts shows the 2 people twisted to carry a table with shoulders at right angles to the feet and direction of movement. very poor.

Useful and educational but long winded

Found parts of it interesting, but too long winded, could of been summarised into a more simple training program. Relatively easy questions to answer. Though serves the purpose very well.
