Certificate didn't actually say what it was for when printed!!
Extremely easy to understand and the test at the end of each session was really helpful. Alot of the knowledge may well be common sense but we don't always apply it in practise - I will now! Finally, thank you for enabling me to add to my portfolio of certificates!

Found this training helpful, as you dont realise how much pressure we can put our body under, if we do not assess the load of an object properly, therfore makes you more aware of injuries that can occur and how to lift properly etc.
