Definitely the way forward to sit in front of a computer, much better than pulling together a number of employees in a room. Much more cost effective.

The training is educative, enjojed it very much and will apply it in my day to day life.

I found it very informative and useful, things we take for granted literally, hopefully Ican now apply this every time I have to move something.

The programme was user friendly

good re-cap on things i have been tought in previous years and might have forgotten. The narration was done in a way that you felt you were being spoken to not lectured. Thus i felt the information went in better.

Exciting

I enjoyed the format of the programme and the information was clearly set out with a good balance of visual and auditory explanations. The sections to take you through the programme were broken down into manageable amounts. I found all the information presented relevant and practical and I enjoyed the test structure at the end. I am already using the procedures in work and in everyday life! Thank you!

Good information clearly told. Some sections were repeated twice which was unnecessary considering you could replay and video. Why was only one video capable of running fullscreen? I would have liked the option for all videos.
