Clear and consise

Good informative programme

5/5
Clearly presented, informative.

Well presented with useful information for work and beyond! The test was straightforward although one of the questions in the test was ambiguously worded.

5/5
Simple to understand, and easy to follow

Simple to understand video attempting to apply science to common-sense. Can be a little patronizing in places and is contradictory during the "team lift" demonstration where both people lift the table, then TWIST their bodies while carrying! Just proves every lift is different. Know your limits, take your time, and bend your legs; the rest is nature.

Brief and simple

Great video which summarized the topic in an easy to understand manner. Very good.

Well thought out educational materials

False selections made on the touch pad of a laptop is an issue. Scrolling over answers with the touch pad of a laptop sometimes select as an answer. If the mouse is positioned on or over an answer between questions when you attempt to scroll it with the touch pad the answer can get selected.

Reiterated the importance of lifting properly

3 Stars

The repeating of the videos is not necessary, there is a replay button at the bottom if you missed any of the video. The majority of the question are answered at the end of each section so why are we to repeat the same questions in the actual test. Lay out and presentation were good, overall enjoyed it, although it was very thorough.

3/5
Too much pre-amble.

Good information, well communicated and clear to understand.

4/5
Very professional presentation

Very professional presentation, that is what persuaded me to buy the fire awareness CD. Very good for simple handling tasks but we also need to consider the use of lifting equipment. Hoped there might be some reference to the manual handling assessment process or is that covered elsewhere? Thought the interviews at the start were a bit too long.
