In some areas, I felt there was too much talking which affected my concentration levels towards the end. The training could be condensed to a shorter time whilst still passing on the needed infomation for the test.
Long presentations with a lot of information to take in. I liked the sections on lifting where the information was summaried in bullet points (this helped me to check my learning and make information clear).
The programme was both interesting and informative, it also reinforced what I recalled from previous training related to manual handling. I felt that the course was also a valuable lesson in what I would now consider to be common sense when it comes to lifting or moving heavy objects. Overall, a great insight into what we should all be doing when we come to move anything whether it be a parcel, a flagstone or a suitcase.
Your female model in the videos is very attractive!

A bit long winded but a good refresher thank you
This programme is very good not only for the first timer but for the people who have been on a manual handling corse before and just want a refresher.
short and to the point not long drawn out and boring like some i have done before, some usefull tips as well to use in everday life.
makes you think
I have been going through the programme quite a few times testing the answers to determine suitability for company use and it is an excellent tutorial course for the needs of the company, and would have no problem recommending to other Health and Safety Advisors.
