very helpfull
There was no information given on the structure of the back although there were questions asked about it. Surely there should have been?
This training programme covers the basics of manual hanlding in the workplace thoroughly but concisely. It is applicable to all areas of life and the importance of taking care of your back is emphasised.
A simple and useful product.
it was a good refresher ,but i feel if you havnt done manual handling before it would be more beneficial doing a full day course with a manual handling trainer
straight foreward and simple to use
good training course
very clear
The programme makes use of video 'case studies' and a presenter whose main purpose is often not to inform but to persuade the trainee of the importance of the topic. It would be better if this 'filling' could be skipped in favour of the essential information. The programme might be improved by an 'initial assessment' quiz, checking the trainee's prior knowledge, which could allow access to a 'fast-track' version followed by the final quiz for those who already know how to lift things and something about the anatomy of the human back.
I really enjoyed the training and it reiterated what I already knew making me realise that I should be careful at all times to ensure that I do not encounter health problems.
