A very informative and comprehensive programme

Still found it very interesting

Not applicable to all but interesting anyway. There were a few operating issues that became annoying and tiresome after a while, detracting from the training itself.

A useful tool when full training is not available or practical

I like the layout, with short videos a good idea to keep the viewers attention

The initial introduction on the subjects importance could have been shorter (it's largely self evident) but the actual course content was very informative.

The Manual Handling in the Workplace Training is very good. Great use of real life experiences in the beginning to set-up why it is important to use good lifting techinques in all aspects of life. The training provided great details on proper lifting techniques. It will definitley be helpful for people who are not familiar with the kind of injuries that are possible when lifting objects from the ground. Also it was a great reminder for those who are aware of the injuries that can occur when lifting objects.

A good programme but it could do with a few more questions to answer

Love the certificate at the end

The personal stories at the start from the two ladies are a bit too long and unnecessary.
