I WISH I HAD BEEN ABLE TO HAVE DONE THIS TRAINING A LONG TIME AGO,IT WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME MORE CAREER OPENINGS.

Normally training is quite boring and hard to digest the information given but I did learn alot and it's quite surprsing how this can affect your daily life, it is easy to learn and remember.

This training programme is thorough and descriptive. It supplies employees with the tools to avoid injury to themselves and collegues.

A very useful reminder of good practise not just at work but at home as well.

Very good refresher, well worth doing.

Very good training programme, it makes you realise just how important correct lifting/moving objects realy is and how it can affect your back. I will certainly review a few of my tasks more carefully.

Good explanation of each topic followed by a test so you have to pay attention. Easy to follow and not too over the top or complicated. I have passed all of the training modules I have undertaken - not 100% on everything but good results. However, if I failed I know I can retake the test.

i found the course easy to use and to understand.I am sure this course will be very informative to all that use it!!
