This was a useful training video which was interesting and well presented. I was unable to print the certificate and would like it clarified as to how I could be sent a paper copy, please.

I felt that this wasted my time as it was not relevant to my post in anyway. It is far too long for a general overview.

Good and interesting training programme

good

This programme, along with the other training modules, has a good step by step guide and I especially like the visual guides that are used aswell as it makes the whole learning process easier to take in and interesting.

clear concise information

Desperately dull. Needs to be shorter and snappier.

The preliminary interviews are repetitive and go on too long, rendering the trainee bored and impatient before they even begin. The anatomical content is interesting, but may I point out that the plural of 'vertebra' is 'vertebrae'.

Felt it was very useful, not for just work situations but everywhere.
