Too much initial preamble and a bit slow to load the videos. Could be completed in less time if this were to be improved. Good information about the physiology of the back and why manual handling is so important . Good diagram about weights and position to use as reference

The CD runs slow when doing the training which can be frustrating if you are training people.

Demonstration videos would be more memorable if done by the chuckle brothers

Found it difficult to stay engaged as I found the section on 'you and your back' boring and too long.

Good common sense, instruction is easy to follow and if used in whatever tasks you undertake, even in everday circumstances, can greatly reduce your chances of injuring yourself.

This was enjoyable, and luckily short to keep my concentration in the training.

Sufficient detail and good clear illustrations and videos make the programme effective. Patience is required for the video to load and in a busy environment I would not wait.
