Concise, easy to follow, idiots guide to manual handling

The information in this training was clear and concise, the sections were well set out and the voices were easy to listen to. The illustration were clear and easier to follow than written instructions. The questions were specific to the training and tested the fact that the indiviual had listened and understood the videos.

on one of the programmes it did not have the subtitle facility

It was a good programme and I learnt a lot about how to lift items correctly both in the workplace and outside.

This programme was very helpful in the way of teaching us what steps to take when manual handling and has taught us to be aware of all problems that may occure if you don't use the right procedures.

two minor, you could email me the certificate as a PDF, what do I want to print it for ? and second, The loading (wait graphic) which goes anti clockwise, ... . as time passes the round and round should go clock wise ?

I found the training video to be very easy to understand, not overwhelming, very informative & very well presented.
