A good package overall. Well constructed and instructional. Could of done with a little more of the hazard assessment such as what is meant by unstable load. i.e. liquid. Also I felt the exam was a little easy. 5 choices instead of 3 would have been better. I took the exam twice to see how many of the questions were repeated. Unfortunately it was most of them, so a greater selection of questions to select from would be better. Overall though a good well presented instructional.

Although we all think we know how to pick items up! we do not all know how to do it safely, this prog is informative easy to follow and well worth while for all age groups young and old. It has refocused my mind that it is not just at work it is anywhere!

Great online service meant i could do it from the confort of my desk.

Simple and easy to follow

I thought that although some of the information was obvious there were a number of points that were relevant and useful. I do have one observation and that is your presenter's hand movements were distracting. I found I was concentrating on the opening and closing of his hands with most nouns and many vowels. The way around this is to film him from the waist up.

Today I took this training programme at home for my companies H&S training, the programme is easy to follow and very informative, things we take for granted at times so more of a refresher on common sense, can recommend this to any companies for there H&S training Programme

Although I go to the gym, and as such am required to know techniques to safely lift weight, I felt that this programme was an excellent refresher. It was not laborious, and was effcient in communicating to the lowest common denominator.

The Manual Handling part of the test was in very good detail and I found this part of the test very interesting.

I found it useful, and didn't, until now, consider outside the work environment.
