I would rather have a focused presentation, with key points, rather than the very tedious repetition. It would have helped to have a written version available with the videos as in other training.

This is an easy way to comply with legislation and learn how to prevent back injuries. The personal accounts really brought it home that although not an exciting topic I would prefer to learn how to do this properly than have a permanent back problem!

Clear presentation and easy to follow demonstration videos. As a back pain sufferer I have been aware of the importance of safe lifting methods for a long time but this course has served as a useful reminder.

The on-line course was very user friendly. It was also easy to understand. Plus, being able to go back over the test if you got something wrong, helped you to make sure you had the opportunity to get it right the second time.

I thought the manual handling training was very good, it made me appreceiate that its worth taking our time when moving and handling and that we should look after our backs as once we have damaged them theres no replacemnet

The use of real life case studies for back injury was very effective and focussed your attention. Course was well laid out and clear. Amount of information and rate of delivery was good.
