Clear and concise easy to follow
Easy to follow programme that was informative got straight to the point and covered all elements that needed covering.
Most was common sense but good to have it reinforced. Need to make it a habit so it comes as naturally without thinking.
This training session is very easy and simple to follow.

There no subtitles and I could not hear it.
i found it easy to understand, and the test question at the end of each section was a good way for to remember what I had just gone over
The traing programme is very good and cover the subject very well, only down side the is the buttons to move on to the next section, it is cofusing to go back to the next setion when toy need to move foreward.
