Informative and useful. However, it sounded like it was recorded in a warehouse which distorted the sound and made it difficult to hear properly.

Useful, informative, not too repetative. Would prefer it if it didn't keep going back to the opening screen, but took you through all the stages in one go, but it was easy to follow.

An excellent introduction or refresher course on the importance of Manaual Handling. Perfect for small or medium companies to keep themselves compliant to Health & Safety legislation at a very affordable cost.

A really informative and fun way to learn

This is far too slow and takes up far more time than the Jaguar training I have done in the past that had more complex content. Sound only with no text option so unless you use headphones it is not suitable for a busy office where you might disturb those around you.
