The Programme helped me ,there were things I didnt realise were dangerous in the work place. now I can put this to great use as I do a lot of lifting.

The manual handling training program helped me to be more cautious and think more in every situation that I need to handle weights. Not only at my workplace but in my everyday activities.
Thought I wouldnt learn anything I didnt already know but I was wrong. This is a very helfpul WBT, its simple yet effective and the graphics showing the movement of the spine and discs does help a great deal. Will definitely look to use this at our Company inductions.
