Having just completed the Manual Handling in the Workplace programme I confirm that I found it really useful and interesting. I have suffered with back pain myself and found the course to be of good simple tips about staying safe.

Informative and to the point.

It was informative and to the point and relfects the aspects of manual handling that apply to me.

Is there a version for grown ups?

I don't know you, you don't know me, so please do not address me as "Hi, followed by first name". Thereis nothing wrong with "Dear Mr..., Ms... or Mrs..." The course contains mostly statements of the obvious but I admit people often need reminding of the obvious. Unfortunately the all over level seems to be for 10 year-olds rather than adults. Does this say more about the average user you encounter than the course? It makes it slightly demeaning at times.

4/5
Easy interface and look proffesional.

Feels like a more one to one experience. Everything looks good, smooth and well laid out. Less distraction than working in a "classroom" so you can take more information in. The training felt fast but I think I learnt from it more.

empty boxes!

guy the era of empty boxes on videos is over! get a real people to move real objects! nor wrapped up empty boxes weighting 200 grams......what a shame

Good delivery of program

The videos were informative and ensured the important parts were explained more than once so they were understood.

5/5
A comprehensive overview

A comprehensive overview that didnt labour the points it had to make. thought the test at end of each module was useful.
