Gave all the information without making it too long and the test at the end focuses the mind.

Bitesize chunks make it easy to work through at your own pace & recap any parts that you don't fully understand.

I found this training method very effective and easy to fit round staff hours, rather than arranging a training event that all staff need to attend.

enjoyed the format being able to complete the course online...feel that way is much better than sitting in a room full of people where perhaps you could be distracted and easily miss out on some points...

Very long and lengthy. Have completed other similar training in past from other supplier, which did not take as long or was as detailed

I think you have done a great job in putting this together, its easy to follow and the videos and questions keep it interesting
