Good information and able to be applied to many different workplaces. The programme was a good length and did not give lots of detail that wasn't relevant. It was clear to understand and explained the concepts in concise manner but without being condescending. Fully recommend this programme as a training aid.

A bit long and time consuming however literature provided is good and easy to memorise. Needs to be a bit more short and to the point.

Advice on gripping load seems wrong. Having palms diagonally across load is fine for light loads but may not provide enough support for heavier loads as upper hand takes no weight.
