Great reminder of how it should be done but the greatest message is "Think" before you lift.
It is a good training package.
I found there was a lot of talking and unnecessary information. I would prefer it to get straight to the teaching. A lot is common sense but it's good to have a refresher.
I thought it was extremely good and very clear, enabling you to understand every section of the course.
Would have liked more information to read rather than listen to as not all staff have headphones or can play it out loud.
