The course was not too long and therefore held my interest to the end. It was informative and enjoyable.
I felt that moving backwards & forwards may have been easier.

The programme was very informative and made it easy for people to understand how best to ensure that they can lift and move objects safely. The videos were a little slow to load though I am not sure if that was down to our server or your programme.
Great Training programme
The venue was clean and accessible and I enjoyed the group dynamics and learning style. I would be interested in further courses offered in the future.
Wouldn't mind a section on lifting children!
I found this course very interesting and extremely helpful. I will now stop and think every time before lifting a box etc and make sure it is done in the correct format.I found this course very clear and it explains things very well, which made it easy to take in and understand- also will help me to remember about manual handling with the LITE approach.
