Dull and boring to the point where I kept falling asleep. No new content. Same message we get every year with no new ideas or perspective.

The first video with the 2 women talking about their experience I felt was a little patronisinig - I'm sure the girl who had the box fall on her was well compensated but that's not even mentioned and I'm sure everyone watching will think the same. The other girl went on too much about how she should have known better - I think that could be done better. The rest of the training I thought was concise, well structured and informative, even for someone who has seen it all before. I am an advocate for H&S and manual handling and feel I have a fair viewpoint on it others may not be so accommodating after watching the first video.

Very useful reminder of how we should conduct manual handling for varying situations where ever you may be at the time.

Based upon this trial run ,iam purchasing the course for 21 more people as i feel not only the course to be benificial at work ,but also in every day life

I thought this programme was very thorough and informative, especially the demonstrations. It brought to my attention the silly mistakes that are made even when you know the correct way of doing things, especially when at home. This hopefully will help to mimimise mistake in lifting at Avon Cosmetics Limited.

Great programme shame it wasn't available years ago could of saved alot of people alot of pain and discomfort.

Course was very well illustrated by practical examples and instructions.
