Easy to Use
Very thorough and informative.
The Manual Handling training was very informative and practical which was broken down in sections to make it easy to understand also found the recap good which helped register what was just been said before answering the question.
A great refresher on the physical benefits of correct manual handling, very good demonstrations and I really like the 'LITE' approach as an easy to remember phrase when manual handling

Good useful advice about day to day lifting. Covers areas that we all take for granted. Has made me more aware about how I should be lifting things going forward at work and at home.
