Clear and precise presentation. Good graphics. Test questions are clear and leave no room for any mis-understanding.

the page program learning with an interactive question at the end was engaging and made the user think. The end test had questions over all areas from the preperation area and was a good test overall. I would recommend this programme to anyone who needed a certificate in manual handling in the workplace, good work!

this programme is very helpful as it tells us the do's and do not while try to lift things both at work and at home. what l have learned from this programme will help me to take care of myself to avoid injuries while lifting things both at work or at home.

Informative, easy to understand, clear.

This was informative. Mostly common sense but there were a few things that are basic but important when lifting/moving items that everyone should be made aware of. Also interesting detail on the human body and the impact lifting incorrectly has on it.

I really do not think there is any substitute for reality and the 4* rating is only for how good it is in relation to the type of delivery.
