I enjoyed this course and felt it very useful to be able to take manual handling training I this simple format in my own time, rather than the previous half day sessions I have had to participate on. It was thorough and interesting and the short questions at the end of eac section were useful.
Rather too slow and tedious
good training to follow easy to follow test with choice of answers
A very well presented course
easy to follow course
I liked the way I could move from one section to another and go back if I didn't understand something. Easy to watch and listen to and very informative.
The prelude to the actual moving and handling section was far too long and wordy so that it all took much more time to complete. I'm not convinced that we need to be given all that information and listen to all the interviews, or at least not when we have already done this training previously. Perhaps it would be helpful if there was an option of choosing the whole long session if the session had not been done before and then choosing the quicker session on subsequent occasions. The practical part of the session, however, was useful.
The DVD was informative and easy to follow
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE UNIONS HAVE NOT PUSHED THE GOVERNMENT INTO PUTTING THIS INTO SCHOOLS FOR THIRTEEN YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF WHAT IS OUT THERE .ESPECIALLY WHEN A VERY HIGH PROPORTION OF THEM WILL ENDEAVOUR TO WORK IN FACTORIES,OFFICES OR HEAVY INDUSTRIES.IT MAKES THEM AWARE TO A HIGH DEGREE OF HOW THE SPINE WORKS AND WHAT TO DO FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES IN ORDER TO PROTECT THEMSELVES FROM RISK OF CERTAIN INJURIES.A VERY GOOD COURSE.
overall very good, just enough information and to the point
