Although the session itself was user-friendly, the screen changes were too slow. This made it difficult to finish the training in one go and did not help concentration levels.

coherently and simply delivered with key message focus. good balance of video and use of test. broken down nicely into individual chunks though having to click on each small page was unhelpful and it did not resume from where I had left of when I tried to undertake it in less than one go. But overall achieved the objective and I learnt a few things.

The progamme was easy to follow and covered everything.

An achievable course, not too long, and a well thought through test which reinforces the lessons learned and key points. Although from a para-clinical background, the connection between low nerve supply to spinal discs and abuse over time was a new one. it means that listeneing to my body's aches to limit damage, isn't reliable for discs. So a general awareness needs to be ongoing for posture as well as during lifting.

Easy to follow, found very useful & will try & put what i have learnt into practice in all aspects of life.

I found that it was far to easy.As I have been doing this kind of work for over 20years. Perhaps a more difficult one for experianced people and the sameone for beginners in the work place

I think this training was very good and informative. I would suggest all members of staff complete this traininig.
