Understandable
The programme took be up to an hour with answering the easy questions after each module; it was advisable to take a few notes at each module as the question at the end of each module was specific to a particular three choice answer. It was all very very informative and the test at the end was very good. Excellent training programme.
A very good programme which covered off all of the salienet points without taking too much time to complete the course
Enjoyed online training gained lots of knowledge and understood what was being taught. the skills are valuable.
Refresher for me very good - stil learnt things

very good however i did start to loose interest 3/4 the way through, so could of been a little shorter.
The course was very well structured and presented. It was very good for building awareness of the issues and the proper approach to handling. However a 10 minute practical training seession would have been useful to reinforce the proper techniques.ThanksMartin Tyler
The video and test was a real eyeopener for me, things you take for granted like your back should be looked after and i feel after watching the video and doing the test i will be more aware as to looking after my self in general when lifting.
