I found it interesting, helpful and easy to understand.

The first module was repetitive, unnecessary and not conducive to a positive mindset for the rest of the course. Most people are aware of the consequences of a back injury and it did not need two ladies talking so long about what happened to them. It was, frankly, boring and gave me the wrong initial attitude to the course.

Easy to follow and in short sections which are easy to digest

Emphasised on the important points which was very useful as I remembered it before doing my test. Very good although a bit too long but contained useful information that I can use in my daily life.

This programme is easy to use and easy to understand.

Not sure if I would remember everything, certain subjects need a more active role

Improve on interaction and visual effects. Health and Safety videos can be tedious so implementing more interaction would be highly beneficial and a good learning tool.
