Eg.Question to prevent eyestrain, in video it said both to blink reg and to reg refocus but the correct answer is just to re focus so I got this wrong, also there were quite a few similar to this that shouldn't have been wrong.
Would have been nice if I had been told at the beginning of the programme what sort of things I would be tested for. Pretty difficult to make notes and watch the video at the same time.
I found the instructions easy to follow, the content was well structured and very easy to understand.
I tried going through the other link re: suggestions but could not. I would like to suggest you mention osteopathy (especially cranial osteopathy) as an effective method of treatment and healing. This is the only area I felt was missing. You could add a section perhaps on care for your back through sport; and return to health for your back explaining what the different approaches are. THANKS AGAIN. Celia Blackden
It is not too long and is very clear.
I like the "LITE" reference to moving and handling assessments, which is easy to remember and use in practice, plus the questionaire at the end to check what you have learnt and to recap. The handout was also good looking at lifting loads.
This progrem should be upgrade year by year. This is also good for us to know who to do & how to protect our body. For healtier life.
Repition ofthe main points gets the important messages across.
Excellent use of diagrams to illustrate the demands on the spine and the interview with the Physiotherapist complimented this training program by adding a different perspective.
It was a little too long, too much talking, videos explain better
