a bit longwinded but necessary.

Really makes you think about how you lift objects whether heavy or awkward, will think about it before I lift any objects from now on!

Good, informative, hands on

The training programme was useful, informative, good to be hands on with the test. Video's good, something you would remember!

I surprised myself by enjoying it

I didn't want to do it but am pleased I did so; having an old back I learnt something new about it and the origins of some familiar problems. The lifting techniques described effectively merge common sense with good practice and the whole module provided some very sound advice applicable to all walks of life.

ALWAYS USEFUL TO THINK ABOUT THESE THINGS AND SAVE YOURSELF MUCH PAIN AND INCONVENIENCE . DIFFICULT AWKWARD JOBS INVOLVING LOADS OF 80KG AND MORE WITH ONLY 2 LIFTERS ARE PART OF OUR JOB UNFORTUNATELY AND MORE TRAINING OR SOME TRAINING AS TO HOW THAT IS ACHIEVED SAFELY WOULD BE OF GREATER USE .
