Very user friendly and captures all points needed in a manual handling training programme. The test is an excellent way to complete the training and verify if attendees have understood the training programme.

This course is all about common sense. However, it points out just how easy it is to forget to apply obvious principles or how carelessness or impatience can make us fail to observe them.

I found the training programme informative. It is current and a dry subject is made interesting.

clear and easy to follow

Whilst much of the video was already known to me, there were some very informative facts and guidelines that I did not already know. This was very interesting, particularly the human body structure and mechanisms.

This programme covered all of the essential manual handling issues necessary. I enjoyed the questions and answers sections and would have preferred to have more interactive elements within the course.
