I found this course to be very informative and also reminds you to practise correct lifting techniques outside of the workplace also.
I thought I was fairly clued up on manual handling but this has certainly added to my knowledge.
One of the better ones I have done online. I did one earlier this year and it did not have video sections. The video sections in your training programme gave examples of correct lifting techniques which made it much more informative.
The programmer of manual handling was well explained and easy to follow.
A good way to get important health and safety information over to staff during busy periods.
