An excellent course with realistic examples which gets the ideas across. The visualisation of the human skeleton and the loads it encounters during manual handling is a good way to aid understanding.
I think its about as good as it can get on line a 5* would be in my opinion were you would be shown in the classroom or workshop, but it was very good and I was happy with it.
