crisp presentation and elpful material

A very well laid out and interesting Training Programme. The right length, with a good mix of video and material.

i think it is a quick and easy way but it was boaring just to watch people pick up boxes and move them around it helped me pass my test so i cant realy say much but other things than just a box getting moved about and swayed side to side it could be more spontanius.

This course has probably been the most relevant to my work requirements and has raised more questions for me with regards to the appropriateness of my lifting and the expectations of what my employment involves with handling goods. I thought the illustration at the end, where the child automatically lifted in exactly the instructed way was amazing. When did our cognitive development start to reverse with experience and age I wonder as the child had the 10 to 2 feet, slightly spaced, lifted with object to body and bent knees perfectly! This should be at the start of the course on a video link as well as at the end, brilliant!

Good content and delivery... Although a bit "Jack & Jill" in parts. Frankly would prefer slides that I can read at my own quicker pace.

This was a very straight forward, easy to follow trainging programme.
