Covered everything and didn't rely on people using their common sense.
Kept me watching, I didnt feel i needed to turn it off
Good use of mixed media, clear, to the point information.
I have just completed the course myself. Areas are well explained and cover our training requirements. We will be putting all our personnel through this and in future it will be part of our induction program for permanent and temp staff.
This was a clear, simple reminder of how to approach manual handling. Combining video, slides and questions made it more interesting than most training I have done and helped me to absorb more information.
whilst providing good and useful information I felt the programme could have been much faster and shorter, I found myself turning off mentally, it did not hold my attention as it was laboriously slow.
I found the format of the 'fire section' better to use with the pause button on video etc. That section clearly told me how much time it would take to complete. Also I wasn't happy in the description of the human spine being referred to as part of the 'evolutionary process'. This is supposed to be a training programme and not a showcase for 'theories' regarding the human race beginnings.
injoyed the elearning as the information was simplified making it easy to understand.
Not too long and boring,
Too many very short videos with little info better to link them together. Long time to download videos. The Asbestos training was much better.
