Thought there may be some recomendation as to safety shoes-protective toe caps being used? A very clear and sensibly presented video.

A good and easy to follow/understand training programme. This version is much better than previous versions have used/seen.

I felt the presentation was a little slow as far as the introductions were concerned. The facts were clearly spelt out but again presented at a rather slow pace.

Very good programme. Would be better if it had subtitles.

Good training but needs to be louder.

The training was good, but the sound on the videos needs to be louder as it was quite difficult to hear what was being said even with t he volume turned up full.

Pretty simple to follow

Pretty simple to follow and the videos included the inportance of manual Handling , why it is important , the implications that can arise if these steps are not implicated and the best way to left and move objects from one place to another irespectable pf their weight

Very interesting.

I found this training useful as i have never had manual handling training before. I now feel confident when lifting & carrying things.

Not as painful as a bad back!

As training videos go, this exercise was split into easily digestible sections. Each part was clear, concise and informative, and did not simply relay the seemingly obvious. The video tutorial that demonstrated the strucutre and make up of the spine was especially interesting and helped drive the message home, about the strength and fragility of the back. Until you have a sore back, you cannot really imagine how painful it is and the discomfort and inconvenience that it can cause over a long period of time.
